COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM
Overview
There will be activities for individuals and families of all ages at our facility that will include having our cats present and participating. The love and affection we can offer and receive from our cats can fill our evenings in ways unimaginable. For example, "Paws and PJ's", where you can arrange an overnight stay as a family, traveler, or individual. Just ask and we can tell you if we can make it happen.
Reading with Fur-ends
There will be nooks in designated areas for children of all ages to read to our resident cats. They love books and laps! Reading out loud takes some practice and our cats would love to help!
What we plan to have in store for you:
We hope to encourage group events like Veterans Art Therapy and other art groups, movie nights, yoga, even host some classes.
We also want to be a place where individuals can have special one on one time. Come take a cat nap. play with our long term stay cats, our hours will be available and posted after we are established.
